and fun three session (8 hours) course will provide you with the foundation
and knowledge to successfully and easily produce good photographs. |

| Understanding Your Camera & Class Field Trip |
| Learn all about your camera controls and how they give you great photos. Learn how to stop action or create motion, Learn about depth of field and the use of lenses, tripods, and filters.
On this three hour field trip you’ll learn about composition, the art of using light and color to enhance your photos. Practical application of the techniques covered in the first meeting with a Shutterbug instructor who will guide you on the field trip and be there to answer all of your questions about your photo gear. Bring your camera and plenty of film or media cards, a bottle of water and enjoy a morning of photography.

| See how the proper use of flash can improve your photography. Learn about bounce and fill flash techniques. Class discussion of photos taken on the field trip. - Using card readers to download digital images into your computer
- Basic camera set-up information including, resolution and compression choices
